We are an International Independent Charity Organization focused on issues such as Sex Trafficking and Mental Health of International Students encouraging Governments and Civil Society to be aware, pay heed and help reduce the spread of these issues that ultimately affect society.
We offer holistic, sustainable solutions pertaining to the wellness of international students - physical, emotional, & social health, focusing on making them better citizens who contribute to the nation's well-being.
Empowering International students by providing them a healing platform in regard to mental health - preventing sex trafficking, suicides, substance use, depression, etc. - being a guiding beacon in their journey towards success.
To eliminate the barriers and obstacles faced by newly settled and exsiting international students - by being a one stop healing destination, connecting them with sustainable solutions and a network of resources
It is our responsibility to make this world a better place and we should drive the change with empathy, compassion and care for mankind.

Hi! I am Sevinder Kaur, a graduate of Social Service Worker program from Sheridan College. I have been involved with Sunoh for over 6 months now. Sunoh has been a caring guardian, forthcoming in helping support International students in their settlement and integration into Canada through awareness in the aspects relating to academics, work culture, student rights and Canadian laws, fostering student involvement and networking by connecting them with the necessary resources.
Hello! I am Kamalpreet Khehra, a volunteer and placement student at PCHS. I have been working with Sunoh for some time now. The passion and commitment towards better mental health in international students has motivated me to work with them to help those suffering from mental health concerns or emotional distress,thereby, ensuring their holistic developmentand success.
Hi, I am Navdeep, a placement student with Sunoh. Sunohstrives to create awareness, educating, nurturing new students about the various resources available to them by holding Seminars, Focus Groups, Informational and Recreational Sessions Workshops etc. The program also covers pre-departure and post-arrival sessions.
